Good value, first purchase

I was looking for some bulk dried herbs and Cheryls Herbs popped up. Got a good deal on some Chamomile Flowers because I bought a bigger bag. Shipping was reasonable and the quality seems good. Felt like I got my money's worth for sure.

Decent tea, slow shipping

I ordered some herbal tea blends, specifically the 'Relaxing Evening' mix. The tea itself is quite nice, a good aroma and flavor. The price was fair for the quantity I received. My only real complaint was how long it took to get here, about 8 days to reach Texas. Everything was packed well though, and customer service was quick to reply when I asked about the tracking.

Happy with my oils

Needed some new essential oils for my diffuser and decided to try Cheryls Herbs. Picked up Lavender and Eucalyptus. They smell really good, not cheap like some others I've bought. The bottles were sealed well and everything arrived safely. Took about 6 days to get to my place, which was fine. Just a solid purchase all around, I'd probably buy from them again when I need more.

Are their essential oils actually good quality? Like, therapeutic grade or whatever? Don't want some cheap stuff for my diffuser.

L Lisa Jackson 1 week ago
I've used their lavender and tea tree for a while and they seem good to me. Never had a problem. I'm not sure if they say 'therapeutic grade' specifically, but they're strong and smell authentic.

They've been around forever, so I trust their quality. I don't think they'd risk their rep on bad oils. Always check individual product descriptions though, sometimes it'll say more detail.

what's the deal with free shipping? do they offer it ever, or is it always extra?

K Kevin Thompson 2 weeks ago
They do for bulk orders sometimes. Like bigger quantities, I think.

Yeah, I got free shipping on a big order of dried herbs last fall. I think it's usually tied to bulk purchases, not like a regular free shipping minimum.

anyone know if cheryl's herbs does a first-time buyer discount? trying to decide between them and mountain rose herbs for my first big order.

J Jeff T. 2 weeks ago
They usually have a newsletter signup bonus, so check that. It's usually like 10-15% off.

I got a first-time discount code when I signed up for their emails. Just pop your email in and they'll send one over, usually a good percentage off.

Hey, wondering if anyone's had issues with returns? Thinking of grabbing some oils but if I don't like the scent, can I send 'em back?

M Michelle M. 1 week ago
I think if they're opened, it's a no-go for returns. Most places are like that with oils. Bulk herbs too.

Yeah, pretty sure opened stuff is generally non-returnable. I had to return some unopened tea once though and it was pretty straightforward, so if you don't even open it, you should be good.
